I’ve written about this before, but just found this memorandum. For two years now I’ve painfully listened to these geniuses of journalism trying to report the use of social media psychological warfare on American’s. Has even one of them ever called it by the proper military nomenclature? NO!
They use every other military and intelligence nomenclatures, but I haven’t seen a single example of it being used when describing the fabricated Russian dossier; have you? I’ve been saying it for years now, yet so few actually listen to me. Personally, I usually listen to people with experience in areas I’m not familiar with.
When I say I literally pioneered IIA, I’m not just exaggerating. Below is both a copy of a Defense Department recognition of my involvement, along with the IIA Defense Department memorandum outlining what IIA is, and how it is to be applied. I highly recommend reading it.
Notice the date of the DoD memo above, and the date of the IIA policy paper below. I actually came onto the new contract in October 2007, about 4 months after the release of this policy letter. I wonder if my employer, Gen. James Jones, had any role in the RFP (Request for Proposal) put out by the DoD following this memorandum? If so, that means your taxpayer dollars funded the development of what became his private company’s intellectual property rights, and was made commercially available with the intentions to use it for altering the outcome of American elections. We called it, ‘The ShadowNet.’
If you think this memorandum exactly describes the tactical influence operation the media has been exhaustively reporting for the last two years, then please share this!Patrick Bergy
